Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on any given day will be shipped the very same day. Keep in mind that weather conditions, holiday sales or extreme holidays can cause delays in the delivery of the time-sensitive products.

Orders will arrive in 3 to 5 days after delivery. There is a possibility of getting an estimate of delivery dates through the postal office, however it cannot be guaranteed.

The staff at our warehouse is well skilled and they will carefully package items you purchase. We\’ll inspect and secure your items before the shipment.

Returns Policy

This policy applies for within 45 days. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund if the 45-day period has passed.

The item that you purchased must be kept in its original packaging, and is not in use. Return the item in the original packaging.

Refunds:

A message will be sent out to you once your return was received. The condition of your returned item will be communicated to you via an email.

In the event that you\’re granted a refund, it is due within 7 working days. You will receive a credit to your credit card or original payment method.
